Hot Stone Therapy 
The use of the healing benefits of heat in the form of Thermal Stone Therapy has been used for centuries. In China the use of heated stones to relieve tired muscles dates back over 3000 years. In Russia there is a tradition of using heated black stones in the bath. In Hawaii, elders use warm lava stones wrapped in moist bark in massage rituals to restore a persons life force.
Hot Stone Therapy is a way of combining spiritualism with a practical massage technique that works the muscles more deeply using heated basalt lava stones and oils. Every massage movement with a hot stone is equivalent to ten with the hands and goes further to aid the body in self healing and the restoration of physical, mental and spiritual balance.
The lava stones used for these treatments have been imported from Mexico and have the smooth, black roundness that one associates with Hot Stone Therapies.

Hot Stones are given to you to hold, large Chakra stones are placed on your stomach & chest and small stones put between your toes before you are wrapped in warm sheets and a facial cleanse and massage is given. |
