...is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy an energy which is all around us. A Reiki practitioner is a channel for this natural force and it will flow to the areas of need in the recipient, as water flows from a stream into a pool.
If you are feeling tired, stressed, depleted or are in need of spiritual comfort and the healing of touch, Reiki may be able to help you.
The client is asked only to lie on the couch and relax. There is no need to remove any clothing or make any movements as I gently place my hands, non-intrusively, in a sequence of positions covering the whole body, letting the energy flow through me and allowing your higher consciousness to use it for the greater good of your system.
This will also ensure that you feel safe and secure, which is also conducive to relaxed healing.

In some cases I will visit you in your home, depending on the situation, distance and treatment involved. This will incur a £10 supplement to cover travelling costs and time. Please call me to discuss this.
