...is an Holistic Swedish Massage practice and as such deals with the overall wellbeing of the client. This will involve a discussion and completion of a confidential form recording details of the clients’ lifestyle.
Any one area (approximately 30 minutes) … £20.00
Then £5.00 for each additional 10 minutes. This way you can choose the amount of time taken (and money spent) providing the initial 30-minute treatment addresses any problem area that may need attention, on the advice of the Masseuse.
FULL BACK - Incorporating lower lumbar, shoulders and neck.
FULL CHEST - Also addressing the neck, shoulders and a refreshing neck stretch. (Breasts covered for women if preferred)
ABDOMEN - Aids relaxation and encourages movement of the digestive system. (Very good for constipation sufferers)
FACIAL MASSAGE - Incorporates the upper chest, neck and shoulders plus a refreshing neck stretch, helps to reduce puffiness.
ARMS & HANDS - Soothing massage including passive movements to wrists and arms to aid flexibility and movement.
FULL LEG - Back and front of legs to relax tense muscles and aid circulation, good for alleviating ‘tired legs’.
FOOT & CALF - Foot massage beginning with the calves to complete the relaxation process.
INDIAN HEAD TYPE MASSAGE - A relaxing head and shoulder massage which promotes good circulation to the scalp. Client is seated upright.
It is often of more benefit to your bodily systems and posture if more than one area is massaged, below are some suggestions;
FULL BACK & UPPER CHEST; helps to address the postural problems such as ‘computer hump’. Not only is the muscular tension in the back addressed, but also the tightness of the pectoral muscles that is experienced with bad posture. Approx. 40 minutes.
CHEST & FACIAL; a perfect massage if relaxation is your primary need. As the upper chest movements incorporate the neck and shoulders it also helps to reset the posture as well as soothing and calming the mind. Approx. 50 minutes
CHEST, ARMS & HANDS; for those that work with their hands or at a desk. The chest massage eases the tension in the neck and shoulders and the arm & hand massage promote circulation, flexibility and relaxation. Approx. 50 minutes
FULL LEG & FOOT; ideal for anyone standing or walking all day. The front and back leg massage aids the circulation and eases ‘tired legs’ with the foot massage relaxing and refreshing a much ignored part of the body Approx. 60 minutes.
FULL BACK & FACIAL; the perfect way to relax. The back, shoulders, neck, upper chest and face given soothing, calming attention. Approx. 60 minutes
ABDOMEN & CHEST; relaxes the tightness in the chest and stimulates the stomach muscles to aid the digestive process, especially good for those suffering with constipation. Approx. 50 minutes. Combine this with
A FULL BODY; massage for a blissfully relaxing and beneficial experience. Approx. 70 minutes
Because the client can choose how much time (and money) is spent on his/her treatment, any of the areas above can be combined. The initial concern is for the clients’ wellbeing and the benefits of each massage will be discussed and explained, plus the approximate time and cost agreed upon before commencement of any treatments.
